The Next Big Thing Introduces Liz Allaire with New Video and Screens! - PC Mac

After putting the adventure game genre back in the spotlight with the Runaway trilogy, which has captivated more than a million players during the last decade, Pendulo Studios is back with an original adventure game.





The Next Big Thing puts a fun, classy twist on the movie genre with a lighthearted adventure packed with references to popular movies and TV shows.


The story introduces the charismatic duo Dan Murray and Liz Allaire, who get wrapped up in a crazy adventure full of twists and packed with hilarious encounters. With their new title, Pendulo Studios stay faithful to their unique graphic style, putting the game on par with animated feature films. The Next Big Thing maintains Runaway’s beloved ingredients: an intricate story, charismatic characters, wacky mysteries and puzzles, and a sophisticated tone geared for adult players.

A few weeks back we introduced Dan Murray, one of the two playable characters in The Next Big Thing. Today's video and images give you a chance to meet the other protagonist of this comic adventure, Liz Allaire. She is Dan's charming work partner and the game’s other playable character.

Eccentric and hard working, Liz is both the youngest and the most promising journalist at the "Quill.” Her sleuthing skills will serve players well as they explore the vivid environments. Get to know her with a series of never-before-seen screen shots and her own exclusive debut video!

The Next Big Thing is Pendulo Studios' biggest production to date. The game takes players on a grand adventure through the world of cinema, where they will solve an unbelievable case!
