Ahead of the Monster Hunter World: Iceborne massive expansion’s global console release on September 6, Capcom today confirmed details about upcoming beta sessions, which offer four quest options for players to try at home.

The Monster Hunter World: Iceborne PlayStation 4 beta will be available for all PS4 users from 08:00 BST on Friday, August 30 through 07:59 BST on Monday, September 2. Following that, a beta for Xbox One will be available from 08:00 BST on Monday, September 2 through 7:59am BST on Thursday, September 5. Preload options will be available a couple of days before each beta period begins. The Monster Hunter: World base game is not required to participate in the Iceborne beta sessions.

The Barbican’s major summer exhibition AI: More than Human will finish on 26 August, with two exclusive events happening in its final weeks including a celebration of Jeanette Winterson’s latest novel Frankissstein and a performance by AI virtual popstar Yona.

On 10 August 2019, Jeanette Winterson will visit the Barbican Centre for a day of events focused on her novel Frankissstein, inspired by Mary Shelley’s book of a similar name. Yona, a virtual entertainer created by technology firm Auxuman, will be the guest of honour on 23 August 2019, when she will be giving a multi-media performance.
