AION: new update 6.0 - A new dawn creates a whole new game...

MMORPG AION  is launching one of the largest updates of recent years on servers. The changes included in the update 6.0 are so significant that you can talk about a total relaunch of the game. The aim of "A New Dawn" is to restore the game to its roots and restore its original form to AION fans.

From 5.09. players could participate in the beta phase and test all changes willingly. Aion has been successful in the global market since 2008, and the European version was published by Gameforge in 2011.

Knights of the Wastelands arrives in Crossout with new weapons and technologies

Knight Riders event in Crossout, its post-apocalyptic MMO action game. The Knechte faction arrives in the wastelands for a couple of weeks and introduces new weapons and hi-tech parts for vehicles. From September 20th to October 9th players can earn ‘talers’ in a special mission and spend them for the new items in the Knechte shop.

One of the most exciting parts brought by the knights is the coupling module “Contact 2M”. This device lets players attach vehicles to each other. If you always wanted to modify the weapons and systems on your car but lacked energy or engine power – share this duty with your teammates! One vehicle can carry long range guns, another one can take mid range weapons, and they can connect to a third one, which will provide them with the necessary speed and defence in close combat, with chainsaws and flamethrowers. Create the most incredible combinations and compete in team battles with other inventors!

Carnival Games Available November 6 for Xbox One and PlayStation 4

The next entry in the popular Carnival Games franchise that has sold-in over 9.5 million units worldwide, previously announced for the Nintendo Switch, is also coming to Xbox One and PlayStation 4.

Carnival Games will be available at digital retail locations on Nintendo Switch, Xbox One and PlayStation 4 for £34.99 on November 6th 2018, and will also be available at physical retail locations on Nintendo Switch on Nov. 6, and on Xbox One and PlayStation 4 on Nov. 20.

Student team Thunder Lime has been crowned the winner of Abertay University’s 2018 Dare Academy video games design competition.

A panel of industry judges ran the rule over the six finalists at the EGX games conference in Birmingham, with the winners scooping top prize of a funded trip to exhibit their game Kinoko at the massive Game Developers Conference in San Francisco this coming March.

Gaijin announce the release of content Update 1.81 “The Valkyries” for the vehicular combat game War Thunder. It introduces combat helicopters as a playable vehicle type and adds plenty of other content to the game, including new tanks and aircraft, new locations and the Thrustmaster T.Flight HOTAS One support for the Xbox One version.

Combat helicopters are the latest type of vehicle added to the arsenals of War Thunder, with a dozen variants for the United States and Soviet Union leading the initial spearhead for this update.
