Whispers of the Eyeless takes inspiration from Darkest Dungeon, Loop Hero, Children of Morta and Polish folklore where the player leads a dark cult to glory in the medieval City of Aranthor. Players infiltrate the city, upgrade their sanctum, fight in deep turn-based combat and attempt to revive the Dead Gods.
