Every decision matters, especially after the game’s signature mechanic comes into play: losing just about any limb in your body. Lose an arm, leg, or… other appendage, and your options change dramatically, sometimes limiting what you can do, but also opening up new paths and possibilities, branching the narrative into gruesome outcomes.
