Bottle It! video game from Glasgow's Jester studio now available for iPad, iPhone and iPod touch

Bottle It! video gameJester's Shoes, an exciting new developer of casual games, announce the immediate availability of Bottle It!, an addictive arcade game for all ages. Developed by Colin Sleigh, senior game designer at Jester's Shoes Glasgow Studio, Bottle It! tests a player's skill and reflexes in the hectic environment of a Scottish bottle factory. The player takes control of Wullie and Primrose as they work frantically to keep the bottles moving through the bottling machine to reach the awaiting delivery trucks.

"One of the challenges was tailoring the difficulty for all kinds of player, from casual to hardcore," says Colin Sleigh, lead tester at Jester's Shoes. "The day shift eases players in gently, but the action soon heats up. The nightmare shift is frantic from the start and provides a great way to get your gaming fix if you only have a few minutes to spare. You won't last much longer than that, it's called the nightmare shift for a reason."

Featuring three levels of difficulty, Bottle It! challenges the player's memory and ability to recognise patterns when the action on screen really hots up. Good hand-eye coordination is required to juggle the characters on both sides of the screen at once.

Bottle It! is available now on iPhone / iPod touch with frequent updates planned. "One of the benefits of the app store is that users are notified of updates to their applications," explains Colin Sleigh, senior developer at Jester's Shoes. "This makes it easy for players to pick up free updates to the game with new features and levels developed based on their feedback."

Features of Bottle It! include:
- Quirky cartoon graphics
- Three challenging difficulty levels:
- Day Shift - The day shift starts off slow but don't relax, it doesn't stay that way for long.
- Night Shift - The night shift is tough, you have to move fast to get the trucks ready by morning.
- Nightmare Shift - Every worker's nightmare, the shift that never ends! Why is the bottling machine acting so crazy?
