Fallout 4 Monsignor bug breaks the game - PC PS4 XO

A major bug has been found in ALL versions of Fallout 4 after taking on the Minuteman settlement quest to Monsignor Plaza.

Nothing appears to fix the bug so all you can do is wait for the patch to be released.
