PlayStation 3 will stop online support for several games in 2014. Gran Turismo 5 support will end on May 20, 2014. The Resistance games Resistance: Fall of Man, Resistance 2, and Resistance 3online support will close on March 28.
Before that on January 28 online play for MAG, SOCOM: Special Forces and SOCOM: Confrontation will stop making the games cease to exist as online-only titles.
