guy and two stunning girl characters with game logoWEBZEN decided to add an additional server in Europe for smooth game play for European players because the number of players from Poland, Germany and other European countries is increasing since they commenced publishing Global Soul of the Ultimate Nation.

With recent growing segment of European gamers, WEBZEN had strengthened its service in Europe providing better gaming experience. The company reportedly is now hosting a fantasy-based MMORPG, S.U.N. from Europe, allowing players from all over continent to access and play the game without the effects of network latency on player performance.

WEBZEN has been accepting registrations from the players who wanted to transfer their characters since November 8 and the migration is completed. The new European server, Klippe, has opened to public since November 30.

Tae-young Kim, the director of Global TFT at WEBZEN said, “Klippe is not solely dedicated to European players, however, due to the physical location of the server, we expect to see optimum results if you’re connecting from Europe. For players from other regions, Etherain may be more favorable choice.”

Other notes, to celebrate the true Christmas spirit WEBZEN will donate proceeds from the Happy Winter Packages sold which include Candy Boots and Christmas Tree, to the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF). The ‘Holiday Spirit in Soul of the Ultimate Nation’ event will start from December 9. Also, one of the raffle items, Christmas Gift Box, will be on sale for a limited time from December 9. Currently, the ‘Time Attack’ event is happening in Soul of the Ultimate Nation where players receive rewards just by being connected to the game.

Looking forward to 2010, WEBZEN plans to service Soul of Ultimate Nation in multi-language environment offering Spanish and Portuguese services for non-English speaking countries.
