Paragon Studios is proud to announce the addition of Bill Willingham, along with Rooster Teeth and Scott Kurtz as inaugural participants in the recently announced Guest Author program, made possible through the revolutionary Mission Architect tool set in City of Heroes.The Guest Author program provides a one-of-a-kind opportunity for influential writers and aspiring game or story designers to work alongside a world-class development team to bring their ideas to life within a massive multiplayer online role playing game.
As one of North America’s most popular MMO games and the premier MMO based on character super powers, City of Heroes is the perfect medium for writers and story creators of all kinds hoping to expand their audience and extend their reach into a large and enthusiastic community. Through the power of the Mission Architect tool, every player can create his or her own adventures and share those adventures with every other hero or villain in Paragon City and the Rogue Isles.
The four inaugural guest author missions will premiere in-game on Tuesday, October 13, following the Reactivation and Double XP weekend that’s going on now. The missions can be found in game by opening the browser inside one of the Architect Entertainment Buildings. Here are brief descriptions of the Guest Author missions:
