Mythmon: Mythic Monsters, a monster-taming hack-and-slash auto-battler developed by MachHabaneroGames and published by Kodansha Creators’ Lab, positions to pulverize the Demon Lord’s armies on PC via Steam on Monday, Sept. 7, 2026.Declare war on the Demon Lord by leading a team of one-of-a-kind creatures called Mythmon, equally cute as they are capable. Recruit five from the 30-strong roster to form a fearsome squad, strategize flawless battle plans, then send the adorable but tough team into the fray where their powers, positioning, and instincts will lead to the downfall of the Demon Lord.
Grow each species into their signature talents. Evolve abilities with 10+ elemental status effects spanning fire, ice, wind, and beyond.
Pre-battle preparation is the key to victory. Position ranged specialists in the Backline. Keep glass cannons protected with sturdy tanks and aggro warriors in the Frontline, to absorb incoming blows and pull attention from lower-HP teammates. Place versatile Mythmon in the Mid-Guard position for flexible swing strategies.
Examine opponents’ loadouts before battle. Aggressively plunder their most powerful gear to take hold of tide-turning items, or go on the defensive, striking only at opportune moments. Every loss surrenders precious equipment to the Demon Lord’s forces; so be careful not to strengthen their evil ranks!
Even greater challenges lie beyond the Demon Lord’s defeat. End his reign to unlock skill-testing endgame dungeons, where commanders must formulate flawless pre-battle formations in preparation for clashes with endless waves of advanced enemies.
