Roads & Riches continues the line of genre-pushing multiplayer games from the three-person team at Alvios Games, following the 2025 release of their successful co-op literary roguelike Vellum. The new demo for Roads & Riches will be available for all players on July 16th, but Terminals users can request a key for early access!
The new demo for Roads & Riches shares the opening content of the main game, allowing players to trade and explore throughout the first major region, with full multiplayer support. These opening hours introduce players to the mechanics of Travel, Character and Caravan Customization, how to obtain and analyze the properties of Unique Equipment, the procurement of Loyal Customers—and much more! The demo supports up to four players simultaneously, and though it’s only available in English, the full release will support additional languages at launch.

- Solo or Co-op: Run your caravan on your own, or invite up to 3 other players for 4-player shopkeeping action
- Travel in a Fantasy World: Visit the 5 unique venues exclusive to the game’s first major region
- Build Your Caravan: Progressing through the first 5 levels of the demo rewards the player with 6 upgrades for their caravan
- Sell Your Wares: Stock up on and trade up to 17 different commodities
- Specialty Items: Hunt down Rare Armor and Legendary Weapons with special attributes
- Supply & Demand: Buy low, sell high and pay close attention—markets change as you travel and during bonus events
- Create Loyal Customers: Take care of your customers, as special patrons will return to your store with added boons
- Good Soup: Tend to your delicious, always-cooking Perpetual Stew and serve your hungry patrons
