Panic In The Woods, a horror co-op extraction adventure, set in the dark corners of the Bang-on Balls universe, coming to Steam on Friday the 13th September 2024.
In Panic In The Woods, players step into the shoes of a troop of Boy Scouts lost in a cursed forest, where demonic creatures feel just like at home. Whether playing solo or with a team of up to four, they must survive these haunted woods, find the keys to unlock numerous gates to hellish dimensions, and retrieve precious artifacts from them, in order to perform a ritual and banish this evil for good.
Players will need to rely on their wits, teamwork, and communication via walkie-talkies to navigate this treacherous place. Throughout the map, they can find various tools to aid in their mission, including radars that reveal the locations of hell gates, traps, and power-ups to outsmart and outrun the lurking monster, which is highly sensitive to every sound. However, resources are limited and must be used wisely.
The stakes are high! If all team members are caught, the ritual fails, and the team must restart with a fresh layout. Each session features a new setup, with key objectives and tools randomly scattered across the map, making each playthrough unlike the other.
