Re:Legend is an all-encompassing RPG-simulator hybrid with strong monster raising and multiplayer features. Washed ashore on the island of Vokka, you must build and expand your village through a huge variety of activities while collecting and raising adorable monster-like creatures called Magnus.
Co-op monster-raising RPG Re:Legend launched its Kickstarter campaign on July 26, with developers Magnus Games seeking SGD $70,000 (about USD $51,000) in funding. The goal was reached within 18 hours, and over 5,700 backers have now supported Re:Legend and taken it past all but the final stretch goal. With two days left to the campaign, Re:Legend has raised over SGD $475,000 (about USD $348,000).

In a special update, composer Falk Au Yeong today provided more insight into the musical direction of Re:Legend. Yeong, who is working alongside Shota Nakama and Yoshitaka Suzuki on this project, says “Our concept for the music soundscape of Re:Legend borrows from core concepts that have worked to deliver memorable melodies in a dynamically changing format, and builds on those in new ways.”
With the console stretch goals met, Magnus Games can now confirm that Re:Legend will be launching on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One in addition to PC. Thanks to overwhelming fan support, the number of weapons available in the game has been expanded―and hidden, legendary Magnus added to the island of Vokka.
