Marco the Phoenix is no slouch either; the powerful pirate has fought the Marine Admirals and famously made a mockery of Kizaru and Kuzan in battle.
Marco the Phoenix enters Pockie Pirates as an SS Navigator class character with immense skills and attributes. His active skill "Phoenix Flames" unleashes a powerful effect that can reduce a casters HP by 20%, cause extra magical damage to all enemies, and reduce the Wisdom and Agility of a target by 50% - and the effects last for 2 rounds of battle!
As a man who laughs at death, his special skill "Phoenix Fruit" can restore 10% of a casters max HP before a round starts and gives him a massive 50% chance of revival after death.
Marco can be found in the All Blue 2 when the Chapter 12 updates hits Pockie Pirates' shores.
