If you don't use Facebook, there's a cheat to get you free extra lives. Here's how to cheat time for extra lives. Turn the clock on your mobile device ahead two hours then keep playing.
Go to:
Settings > General > Date & Time > Set Time Off > Set Date and Time > Add two hours forward
and you'll receive four lives.
You'll eventually have to pay back the time so let that happen during the night while you're asleep!
Just remember - change the time from PM to AM if you're going past midnight.
There's another way:
Go to: Settings > Set date and time > Set manually > Add a day.
Then you go to candy crush, verify that the 5 lives were added and BEFORE PLAYING you then go back to settings and change it to 'set automatically'.
This way you don't have to make up for the lost time.
Note: Somehow it does not register the increase of a day if you don't loose any lives before changing it back.
