British & Irish Lions squander the chance of series victory in narrow defeat to the Qantas Wallabies - PC PS3 X360

The British & Irish Lions had the opportunity to win the Test series against the Qantas Wallabies before even setting foot on the pitch for the final game after defeating in the Wallabies in Test 1, 23-21. However, the Lions roar was something more akin to a whimper as the Wallabies edged a close encounter, with the final score at 13-10.

Home Entertainment Suppliers Pty Ltd (HES) and Alternative Software lined up the well-rivalled teams to predict the outcome of the second test match of The Lions Tour in Rugby Challenge 2: The Lions Tour Edition.

Rugby Challenge 2: The Lions Tour Edition features the official licensed British and Irish Lions 2013 Tour of Australia campaign and the first test match, Qantas Wallabies vs. British & Irish Lions, took place to simulate the result of tomorrow’s real life match in action.

The frenetic action saw the Wallabies win due to quick passing and two tries from Israel Folau. James O’Connor’s two missed chances for conversion provided for a tense atmosphere. But despite a tremendous long distance try from Jonathan Sexton and Leigh Halfpenny’s accuracy with the boot, the British & Irish Lions ultimately finished three points behind the Wallabies.

Tomorrow’s match may prove an altogether different encounter, but consumers can now make their own predictions as Rugby Challenge 2: The Lions Tour Edition is available now.
