If you start a new game, you will be given an option to start the default database (13.0) or the 13.3.0 update. Included are all the latest transfers and updated squads - to use the latest data you will need to start a new game following the update. The data is compatible with both modes, full Football Manager and Football Manager Classic.
Also included are a number of other changes and fixes which, as always, are save game compatible. A change-list showing these changes is available on the website.
To download the update, simply save your current game and quit Football Manager 2013, then quit and restart Steam and launch the game as normal. This should start your update automatically.
