Perfect World Europe today announced its plans for the Paris Games Week, October 31st to November 4th, in Paris. In cooperation with ESL and Asus, headlining this year’s Perfect World booth [1B60] is Neverwinter, a free action MMORPG based on the world-renowned Dungeons & Dragons franchise.
Taking place in the iconic Dungeons & Dragons city of Neverwinter, this free MMORPG will take you from the besieged walls of the city once known as The Jewel of The North to subterranean passageways in search of forgotten secrets and lost treasure. Epic stories, strategic action based gameplay and classic roleplaying await those heroes courageous enough to enter the fantastic world of Faerûn and the ruined city of Neverwinter. More information about the game can be found here: http://playneverwinter.com/
Attendees can play Neverwinter on one of 20 stations, powered by ASUS, to ensure a smooth and entertaining gaming experience. Upon completion of the demo, visitors will have an opportunity to sign up for getting a guaranteed access to Neverwinter beta.
Nathan Hasle, Community Manager for Neverwinter in France, says: “It’s not only the first time that we will showcase Neverwinter to the French public on such a big scale, but also the first time ever in France we’re showing off the brand-new adventure zone ‘Blackdagger Ruins’. We’re very happy with this opportunity to have French players try out the game’s action based combat in Blackdagger Ruins’ exciting new quests!”
