“The Pangya Intercontinental Cup is intended to determine the best Pangya players in North America.” said Chris Lee, Ntreev CEO. “We are excited to identify these players and send them to Japan for the World Championship. We expect to see some heavy competition for this opportunity!”
Ntreev will be accepting the first 297 players who enter the tournament through rooms on Black Papel, Dolfini and Titan Book on Channel 3, with the official tournament starting on Nov. 19, 2010 at 4:00 p.m. PST. The top 40 players from the first round will qualify for a second round to be held directly following the first. Ten winners from the second round will enter a final round on Nov. 27, 2010 at 4:00 p.m. PST where they will be joined by five past tournament winners to battle it out for the four seats to compete in the Pangya World Championship in Japan.
To thank all the players who compete through the first round, Ntreev will be handing out prizes that include 50 Papel Shop Coupons and 18 Lucky Chocolates. Players who qualify for the second round will be rewarded with 2,000 points and 5 Scratchy Cards. Finally, players that reach the last round but do not win one of the four World Championship spots will receive a $50 Amazon Gift Card.
