Full playable FIFA 10 demo out September 10th plus My Live Season Premium Service

fifa 10 video game coverEA Sports announced that the Live Season premium service has been expanded into a new game mode for FIFA 10 enabling subscribers to feel the weekly pulse of football with dynamic updates of real-world information to make the game as close to real life as possible.



The new My Live Season premium service in FIFA 10 will feature weekly updates of player form, transfers, injuries, suspensions, fixtures, results and league standings, creating a mode that mirrors the real world, where gamers play their favourite real-world teams’ games in complete authenticity in any of the following leagues: Barclay’s Premier League, La Liga BBVA, Ligue 1, Bundesliga, Serie A and Mexican Primera Division. The game mode enables you to visually track your results against real life as you progress.



“Every Wednesday is Live Season day where dynamic real-world data and analytics will be updated in FIFA 10 to match the weekly rhythm of real-world football and subscribers will have the chance to rewrite their clubs’ history,” said David Rutter, producer of FIFA 10.

My Live Season is available for the PLAYSTATION 3 and Xbox 360. The service is valued at a recommended retail price of £3.99 for the ongoing season on PlayStation Network and 400 points on Xbox Live Marketplace for each individual league. A package of all leagues will be available for the recommended retail price £7.99 for the ongoing season on PlayStation Network and 800 points on Xbox Live Marketplace.

EA SPORTS FOOTBALL WORLD RE- LAUNCHED

Today marks the re-launch of EA SPORTS Football World, the premier online destination for the latest football game news and inside information from the people making EA SPORTS football games. At EA SPORTS Football World, users can connect with other EA SPORTS football fans, talk to the developers, share their favourite video highlights uploaded directly from the game and much more! Football World is available in English, French and German.

Beginning today, fans can log-on to the redesigned EA SPORTS Football World and EASPORTS.com to access Game Face, a new and innovative face creation tool that lets users upload photos of their face to EA SPORTS Football World and EA SPORTS.com to create their virtual likeness on the sites. Further, users can then download their Game Face to be their Virtual Pro in FIFA 10. Game Face takes FIFA 10’s player creation to the next level with unrivalled physical likeness. Fans will be able to download their own face into FIFA 10 when it ships to stores in October and then complete more than 200 on-the-pitch accomplishments to unlock attribute upgrades, skill moves, new player traits, celebrations and extra kit. Virtual Pro is available in any offline or online mode in FIFA 10. On 17th September. Game Face will be localized and available in German and French.

A full playable demo of FIFA 10 for the PLAYSTATION3 will be available for download at the PLAYSTATION Store, for the Xbox 360 on Xbox Live Marketplace and for the PC at WWW.EASPORTS.CO.UK/FIFA10 as of 10th September in Europe and 17th September in North America. Play as Chelsea, Barcelona, Juventus, Bayern Munich, Marseille and Chicago Fire and discover a soccer experience that will deliver a new standard for authenticity with gameplay refinements and innovations that will make it the most complete and intelligent simulation of football.
