NCsoft and Paragon Studios have released a set of five screens showing powers customization that will come to City of Heroes with Issue 16: Power Spectrum. This batch of screens includes a Blaster that changed his Electric power from blue to gold, a Controller/Dominator who chose to coordinate her Fire Imps with her costume color, as well as a Tank who decided he preferred green Ice Armor over the traditional color blue.Also included are a couple first looks at the enhanced character creator, which in addition to allowing for powers customization, will also give players the flexibility in building their character by clicking on the menu items at the top of the screen in any order they wish.
