Lizard Interactive announced that its long running and globally popular MMORPG title “Cronous”will begin service for Indian gamers starting this month. Lizard Interactive recently signed an agreement with Servex of India. Both companies are making the final touches on preparations for opening of service in mid-June and a new homepage www.cronous.co.in exclusively for Indian users.
In the Indian market, as in most Asian markets, Internet cafes are the key factor in determining the success or failure of a title. Servex is working together with the two largest Internet cafes chains in India, Sify and Zapak, to actively promote “Cronous”as well as provide special services for users.
Servex successfully launched “Nostale”, a casual RPG title in the beginning of this year and is very reputable in the Indian market which is one of the fastest growing in the world. Lizard Interactive’s CEO Sang Wook Lee stated that Lizard Interactive would do its best to closely cooperate with Servex to make “Cronous” available to all Indian customers and to continue to develop” Cronous” to meet the needs of today’s gamers.
