Bullet Skater video game for iPhone and iPod Touch
Upcoming casual game “Bullet Skater” – a collaboration with US-based development studio Bullet Development.
In Bullet Skater, the goal is to dodge circulating bullets by tilting the Phone and tapping to jump – an adrenaline packed ride through forty levels.
All bullets cause the skater damage with the exception of green, which restores the skater’s health back up. Bullet Skater features tilt and tap game play utilising the multi-touch and accelerometer capabilities of the device.
“Bullet Skater is a fun pick up and play title, superb byte size entertainment – perfect for the iPhone.” says Chris Byatte, co-Founder and Managing Director for Chillingo. Chillingo are the publishers of popular iPhone titles including the award winning Zen Bound that has won mutilple awards in the recent Independent Games Festival (IGF) Mobile 2009 and the International Mobile Gaming Awards (IMGA). Their recent title “iDracula – Undead Awakening” zoomed up the App Store charts days after its release.
“We wanted to create a casual game that everyone could get into, which was fun to play and makes full use of the hardware features of the iPhone. It has been a blast to create Bullet Skater and we are particularly excited about our partnership with Chillingo to help us market and bring this title to market in the Apple App Store. ” said James Foote, CEO of Bullet Development.
