Still Wakes the Deep, the narrative horror has been honoured at the BAFTA Games Awards 2025 ceremony with three awards, the second-highest number of wins for a single game at this year’s ceremony. The game and its developer received the awards for New Intellectual Property, Performer in a Leading Role for Alec Newman, and Performer in a Supporting Role for Karen Dunbar. Still Wakes the Deep is the second game from The Chinese Room to receive a BAFTA Games Award, following the success of 2015’s Everybody’s Gone to the Rapture (winner of three).
