Black & White Bushido – now the light is just as dangerous as the dark - XO PS4

The eternal struggle between darkness and light takes a new twist from May 17 with the release of multiplayer arena-based brawler Black & White Bushido.

Choose Team Light or Team Shadow and use the black and white areas of the arena to your advantage. Lurk in the dark or hide in plain sight before launching a one hit kill in one of three game modes.

Brawlhalla the most played fighting game on Steam Official Launch Trailer - PC

Brawlhalla has been played by more than 5 million people while in early access on PC, making it by far the most played fighting game on Steam in 2016 and 2017.

A new map, The Colosseum, will debut in the closed beta along with an update to Brawlhalla's Brawlball mode.

PC gamers will receive a free update adding the new map and updated game mode simultaneously alongside the closed beta launch. Additionally, a new character, the Kitsune, will come to early access next week.

MnM Gaming to Bootcamp in Leicester Gaming House Prior to League of Legends EU Challenger Series Qualifiers

Following the team’s win in the ESL UK Premiership Spring Series final, MnM Gaming has qualified for the League of Legends EU Challenger Series Qualifiers. Five other teams who have won their respective ESL national league will compete against MnM Gaming along with four teams to qualify through open qualifiers and Team Kinguin and Millenium who were relegated from the EUCS Spring Season.

With stiff competition ahead and a potential place in the EUCS summer series, the month long boot camp is an opportunity for the team to spend valuable time together and train as many of their professional counterparts will do prior to the tournament.

Beijing digital art institute to prepare games students for Abertay University

A state-of-the-art new learning space will prepare Chinese computer games students for one of the world’s top postgraduate courses at Abertay University.

Abertay Principal and Vice-Chancellor Professor Nigel Seaton attended the unveiling of the new Pixseed Institute of Digital Art in Beijing, where students will train for five months before coming to Dundee to join the University’s MProf Games Development programme.

Easy way to complete Trial of Thunder in Zelda: Breath of the Wild (use only a few arrows!) NO Stasis NO broken weapons - Nintendo Switch

Trying to get those pesky orbs onto the main island in The Trial of Thunder in Zelda: Call of the Wild?

Broken plenty of weapons trying to blast the orb?

Lightning keeps striking your weapons?

Here's an easy way to complete the task with only arrows and your, unlimited bombs!

First check out my tip on how to tell which bows you can carry during lightning storms - here on gamezplay.

Using a bow that is safe during lightning, or use one that isn't quickly, fire an arrow at any orb balanced on top of the stone tower to knock it to the ground. You can't climb the stone towers during rain! If you get on top of the tower and use Stasis you may waste a lot of weapons, well you don't have to with this guide.

Once the orbs are on the ground carry them to the lowest broken side with the broken grass panels. You'll notice that the panels form and indent you can place items into.

Now collect a barrel or stone from the grass patch just round from your location.

Easy way to check what weapons you can carry during lightning in Zelda: Call of the Wild

If you carry metal weapons during thunder and lightening storms in Zelda: Breath of the Wild then they will start to spark and before long lightning will strike you causing damage. You can 'REMOVE' the items to stay safe, however if you want to know what weapons you can use using Thunderstorms just check the items screen.

All items that can be struck by lightning will show an animated lightning graphic overlay, the ones that are safe to use don't have the lightening animations.

Nintendo Switch update will allow you to update console WITHOUT internet access...

The next Nintendo Switch console update will allow user to update their Switch by connecting to a friends switch and update using their Switch (assuming they have updated!).

It has also been announced that the Nintendo switch was the the more successful launch of any games console selling 31,000 more than the Gameboy Advance (previous record holder back in June 2001).
