GoldenEye Source 3.1 patch download... Half-Life 2 mo

Released on the 13th as promised, GE:S patch 3.1 is a vast improvement on an already very stable mod, and only one month has seen over 30 fixes and some neat additions. Enjoy!

GoldenEye: Source is a modification of Half-Life 2, with only one goal in mind; to bring the memories and experiences from the original GoldenEye64 back to life using Source Technology.

We want you to look at this mod and remember the first best multiplayer first-person shooter ever made. We are doing our best to bring in the opinions of the community to create a game that everyone is going to enjoy. But, we are not here to recreate the game exactly how it was in GE64, a lot of things have changed since they first designed that game, mainly in technology and gamers experiences. We are here to take the game even further but at the same time provide a lot of those fun elements that hardcore GE64 fans will enjoy. We've got experienced team members all across the board, from professional level, to amateurs looking to make it into the business working hard to make this dream a reality.

Pop Plus Solo video game ports from WiiWare to Nintendi DSiWare

NNoo have confirmed that their Pop Plus Solo WiiWare game will be release on Nintendo DSiWare.

Pop Plus: Solo takes the great foundation of past Pop games and adds some cool new features and modes. Adventure mode takes the existing bubble bursting framework and adds boss battles, a first for the series. As the player progresses through the game these bosses will make themselves known and make life a little harder.

The new Challenge mode will allow players to create their own custom challenges. Want to see if you can beat 'Wave 5' in two minutes? Or try to pop 5,000 bubbles on 'Wave 7' in sixty seconds? Create a custom challenge and find out. The two brand new modes, Adventure with its four boss battles and Challenges means that Pop Plus: Solo now features a total of eight modes and five bonus round types. We think this will be a compelling purchase for new Nintendo DSi owners.

New Gears of War 2 experience system due March 24th, Snowblind Map Pack coming March 31th

Three months after the second Gears of War 2 map pack was announced, Epic Games has taken the wraps off its successor.

The Snowblind Map Pack will arrive on Xbox Live on March 31 bearing four new maps: Grindyard, Under Hill, Courtyard, and a remake of Fuel Depot from the original Gears game.

No price has been announced, but the last add-on for the game, December's three-map Combustible Map Pack, cost 800 Microsoft points, or $9.99 in real-world currency.

NARUTO Shippuden - Ninja Council 4 exclusive Nintendo DS video game in production

Tomy have confirmed NARUTO Shippuden: Ninja Council 4 is currently in development exclusively for Nintendo DS.

The US game is scheduled for release in the Spring of 2009.
