Nintendo Power is a discontinued news and strategy magazine which was initially published in-house monthly by Nintendo of America, and later run independently.

In December 2007, Nintendo contracted publishing duties to Future US, the U.S. subsidiary of British publisher Future. It had one of the longest lifespans of all video game magazines in the United States and Canada, and was Nintendo's official magazine in North America.

Edinburgh Festival goes Digital with Games, Tech, VR and Film

A brand new festival launching in Edinburgh this year called the Edinburgh Digital Entertainment Festival. It celebrates the digital entertainment arts across Games, Tech, VR and Film and will be at the forefront of the most exciting new cutting edge arts, entertainment and technology.

The Festival includes talks from Imaginarium Studios, Royal Shakespeare Company, National Theatre Lives and talks from Playstation and Microsoft. Event and Street cinema will be running throughout the festival as well as The Tech Hub which will also be open throughout the festival from 4th August; the space is a mix of games, VR experiences, interactive arts and installations.
