13 Skulls are confirmed thus far. These skulls and their effects include:

1. Iron - Cannot revive/be revived
2. Black Eye - Shields do not recharge until you melee enemies
3. Tough Luck - Enemies berserk, always dive, and never flee
4. Catch - Enemies are grenade happy
5. Fog - Motion sensor is disabled
6. Famine - Weapons drop less ammo

Wonderland Dizzy (1993) game have released a version designed for the NES by the Oliver Twins but never released. The Oliver Twins we prolific game designers for the ZX Spectrum and commodore 64 in the 1990s.

The game was found by Philip Oliver in his loft on a single 3.5 inch floppy disc. Not complete but containing the source code and visuals, with the help of Lukasz Kur the game was completed and can be played online for FREE in English, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese and Polish in 256k.
