Karos Online : mining and fishing details announced

NHN has confirmed that many changes are being made to their upcoming MMORPG Karos Online in response to feedback from European players. They expect the changes to be very well received, and more details will be revealed shortly. More information has been released about Mining and Fishing in the game, and players can experience these in the next Closed Beta Weekend event.

Wizard 101 video game anniversary and five million players

Wizard101, the magic-themed Massively Multi-player Online game (MMO), is celebrating its one-year anniversary this month. KingsIsle Entertainment, the maker of Wizard101, is proud to announce that during this time more than five million players from around the world have registered for the game. Heroes Over Europe has four different multiplayer modes: Dogfight, Team Dogfight, Survivor and Team Survivor. Each of the multiplayer modes is presented with normal and team options, so players can play a simple dogfight game against all other players or the sixteen players can split into two teams to fight it out. Survivor mode is a last-man-standing mode, where the planes don't respawn during each of the game's rounds. This leads to totally different strategies, especially in team games, as players fight to stay alive rather than just going for kills at all costs.
