Facebook Monopoly as Facebook and EA Sign Five-Year video game agreement
Electronic Arts announce it has entered into a five-year strategic relationship with Facebook, where more than 200 million people play games every month. The deal will create a simplified, more accessible experience for people who play games and purchase virtual goods on Facebook. Under the terms of the agreement, Facebook Credits will become the exclusive payment method in EA games on Facebook.

The Battles Rage On in New Downloadable Content for BioWare’s Dragon Age: Origins and Mass Effect 2
Dragon Age: Origins’ “Witch Hunt” and Mass Effect 2’s “Lair of the Shadow Broker” now available. Leading video game developer BioWare, a division of Electronic Arts released new download content for the critically-acclaimed games Dragon Age: Origins and Mass Effect 2, throwing gamers back into epic battles with new stories revolving around key supporting characters in each franchise. The Dragon Age: Origins DLC pack, “Witch Hunt” ($6.99 on PlayStation Network, 560 Microsoft points on the Xbox 360 video game and entertainment system, 560 BioWare Points on PC) features a story that reconnects players with one of the series’ original larger-than-life heroes, Morrigan. The Mass Effect 2 DLC pack, “Lair of the Shadow Broker” (800 Microsoft Points on Xbox 360, 800 BioWare Points on PC), centers around Liara, a popular character and squadmate from the original Mass Effect.

EA reveals top video game shooters at London MCM Expo!
EA Games has announced that eagerly-awaited titles Dead Space 2 and Medal of Honor will be on show at the next London MCM Expo, which is held at Excel on 29-31 October and closes out the month-long London Games Festival.
Having trailed the original Dead Space at London MCM Expo, Midlands MCM Expo and Memorabilia, the videogames publisher returns to offer show visitors an über early sneak peek of the much-anticipated sequel, set to hit shelves in January 2011.

EA announces exclusive Dead Space 2 limited edition for PlayStation 3
