The episode, the first in a collection of short total conversion modifications, is currently undergoing an extensive testing phase, in preparation for last-minute tidying before its release in the run-up to Christmas.

In Post Script, players will explore a desolate town and its surrounding areas, while piecing together fragments of a disjointed narrative in an attempt to solve the mystery of a catastrophic event that occurred some time before the events of the game. Post Script backgrounds traditional gameplay mechanics in favour of slow-paced exploration and discovery.
Each short episode of the mod, weighing in at between 10 and 20 minutes per instalment, will require a copy of Valve Software’s Half-Life 2: Episode 2 to run.
