Konami Announces Yu-Gi-Oh! National Championships

Konami is pleased to announce today to the delight of millions of Yu-Gi-Oh! TRADING CARD GAME Duelists in Europe and Latin America, that all European and Latin American National Championships will be held as planned.

The Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG National Championships are some of the largest and most prestigious events held around the world each year, as Duelists worldwide vie to be crowned the World Champion of 2009.

“European and Latin American Yu-Gi-Oh! Jane's addiction joins Rock band with Nothing Shocking in its entirety

Harmonix and MTV Games announced today Nothing’s Shocking, the second album from eclectic alternative rock group Jane’s Addiction will be added to the Rock Band Music Store of downloadable content next week for Xbox 360 video game and entertainment system from Microsoft, PlayStation 3 computer entertainment system and Nintendo Wii home videogame console from Nintendo.

Jane’s Addiction made its major-label debut with the release of Nothing’s Shocking in 1988. The album was well received by music critics and introduced fans to the hit “Jane Says,” which is now considered a signature track for the band. Nothing’s Shocking has since been named in Rolling Stone’s “Top 500 Greatest Albums of All Time.”

Electronic Arts announced today that Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald and Pittsburgh Steelers safety Troy Polamalu will both be featured on the cover of Madden NFL 10, set to hit retail shelves on Friday, August 14.

For the first time in the 21-year history of the Madden NFL franchise, two athletes will grace the cover of the award-winning football franchise. Leaders on their respective sides of the field, Fitzgerald and Polamalu epitomize the offensive and defensive battles that take place on every play in the NFL…the Fight for Every Yard.
