There are always two sides to a coin, two stories to tell the truth. Crusaders: Thy Kingdom Come offers the opportunity to fight on both sides.
Your *Moslem Commanders:
Kilij Arsljan
Dāwūd Qilij Arslān ibn Soleymān ibn Qutalmish was the Seljuk sultan of Rüm from 1092 until his death. He ruled the Sultanate during the time of the First Crusade, and re-established the Sultanate of Rüm after the death of Malik Shah I of Great Seljuk.
Danishmend Gazi
He was the founder of the Beylik of Danishmends. After the Turkish advance into Anatolia that followed the Battle of Manzikert, his state controlled the north-central regions in Anatolia. During the First Crusade, he was directly on the path of the advancing crusaders. On the losing side at the Battle of Dorylaeum in 1097, he scored a success in capturing Bohemond I of Antioch in 1100. He continued campaigning, extending southwards and capturing Malatya (Melitene) in 1103.
Duqaq of Damascus
Abu Nasr Shams al-Muluk Duqaq (died June 8, 1104) was the Seljuk ruler of Damascus from 1095 to 1104. Duqaq was a son of the Seljuk ruler of Syria, Tutush I, and Khatun Safwat al-Mulk, He was the brother of Radwan.
Fakhr al-Mulk Radwan
Fakhr al-Mulk Radwan (also Ridwan or Rudwan; died December 10, 1113) was a Seljuk ruler of Aleppo from 1095 to 1113. He was the son of Tutush I and brother of Duqaq, but was raised by his tutor (atabeg) Janah ad-Dawla al-Husain.
Kerbogha
Kerbogha was Atabeg of Mosul during the First Crusade and was renowned as a soldier. In 1098, when he heard that the Crusaders had besieged Antioch, he gathered his troops and marched to relieve the city.
Iftikar ad-Daula
Iftikar ad-Daula was the Fatamid governor of Jerusalem. He isn’t represented directly in the game but appears in the text of the story, missions and secondary objectives.

Claim Your Cash Back From Amazon with 30 days offer

If you were one of the thousands of Christmas shoppers who bought your presents online, you probably felt quite smug. After all, I expect you saved yourself countless fruitless searches for items that had sold out, not to mention the nightmare of trying to find a parking space, let alone the time wasted standing in monstrous queues to pay.
And if you happened to order most of your gifts from online retailer Amazon, you may have the opportunity to feel even more pleased with yourself. Why? Because the company offers a "Price Drop policy". Essentially, this means if anything you've purchased in the past 30 days has dropped in price, you can claim the difference back!
Clearly, with the retailer currently holding a January sale the chances of what you ordered having been reduced since
Christmas are pretty high so it's well worth checking out.
How to claim
- Firstly, log into your account in Amazon and view the orders you've placed in the past 30 days.
- Check the price you paid for each item, and then how much it is currently selling for (you should be able to do this by simply clicking on the item itself).
- If the price has been reduced, make a note of it.
- Now go to Help (top right hand corner of the screen) and select 'Contact Us'.
- Click on 'Customer Service'. You should now be able to select the right order.
- Next you should be able to select the item you would like the refund for and click on 'Contact Amazon'.
- Explain that you would like a refund as the price of the item has dropped in the past 30 days. You should then receive an email to confirm the difference will go back onto the card you paid with.
Of course, if you were one of the organised few who ordered their gifts before 8 December unfortunately, your time to claim has already run out - but keep it in mind for the future. And for anyone who ordered after this date, time is running out so get your claim in quickly. What's great about this policy is that it doesn't just apply at Christmas - and I and a number of friends can vouch for the fact that it really works!

Nintendo’s Wii Fit passes 1 million sales in a month

Despite being on the Japanese market for a little over a month, Nintendo is reporting that its health-conscious Wii Fit exercise game package has sold over 1 million units.
To put that in perspective, that means that 1 in every 127 Japanese people own a copy of it. One can only imagine how Wii Fit is going to take off once us fat Europeans and Americans get hold of it.
Wii Fit continues Nintendo’s left-field approach to gaming by combining exercise with on-screen fun in order to help us shed a few a Christmas kilos. The Wii Fit comprises a balance board and a wide range of gaming activities and exercise programs covering Yoga, aerobics and muscle stretching.
Expect it to cost around £50+ here in a few months. If you want to see what it’s all about, check out the Official Wii Fit video above

Skype Comes To The PSP – But Not The Old Ones

The good news is that Sony has confirmed the arrival of Skype functionality to the PSP along with a new headset. The bad news is that it’s only going to work with the newer PSP Slim, which kinda screws most of the PSP population – including me.
For PSP Slim owners, they’ll be able to make free Skype calls to other PSP [not Fat PSP] users and those on PCs and laptops with a Skype account. For a fee they’ll be able to use the PSP for making cheap calls to other phones. The PSP is on a roll these days, most recently getting Internet radio.
A new PSP firmware update with the Skype application is due next month. Users will also need the add-on PSP microphone and ear-buds, or, the less clunky Skype headset pictured here.
Not exactly discreet but hey, you want free phone calls don’t you?

Plot
Sonic is on vacation from defeating Eggman 2 years ago. He then gets a call from Tails saying that Knuckles has been kidnapped by a group called the Marauders, and that 6 chaos emeralds are missing. Eggman is not the main villain but Bioware wants to make him a creditable bad guy again so expect an appearance from him sometime throughout the game. Something about a “twist” between Eggman and Sonic which goes back to the earlier games.
Motion controlled golf 3D on Nintendo Wii

A Singaporean company called Affineon aims to pick up where Wii Sports Golf left off. At CES they have a demo of a three axis motion tracking system used for a golf game. Their technology measures the position of the club through a camera and it adds depth, something that Wii Sports doesn’t have.
In Wii Sports Golf you just mimic the motion of the swing. In Affineon’s game you have to line the club up with the ball. A LCD screen on the floor shows the position of the ball in relation to the club. You do not have to have the LCD to use the system, a picture-in-picture style window with the same information is on the big screen. The process of lining the club up was quite cumbersome. I watched as the club clipped right through the golf course and into the grass. It took a good minute to orientate the ball and club before I could hit it. Of course, this is just a beta, but the experience immediately made me wonder if the extra layer of complexity would make a game more entertaining. Sometimes simplicity is key. Affineon’s system feels too complicated to capture the neocasual market the Wii attracts.
Interesting note about the photo: The team at Affineon was very proactive about including the girl holding the equipment. I was originally planning on just taking a picture of the club or someone else playing, but they insisted the girl would be a better model.

Pimped Out Nintendo Wii in gold and diamonds for Zelda
Well, for only $10,000 this 24 KARAT GOLD DIPPED SWAROVSKI CRYSTAL LEGEND OF ZELDA WII can be yours!
Now you may have seen this puppy before, as it made the rounds on several blogs when people found out it existed. This is the first time one has been on eBay however. One problem however, is that as far as I’m concerned, this is a fake auction.
From what I understand, this puppy is/was on display in Nintendo World, NYC - for $5000.00. Created by the fine makers of such wonderful products as the Swarovski Crystal Xbox 360 Faceplate and the Swarovski Crystal Nintendo DS, I’m not sure if this is a one time jobbie, or if they supply them directly to the store (but I assume the former).
