Starting today, every Rappelz enthusiast will be able to access the global Public Test Server and try all of the features of the upcoming expansion. During the tests players will get a chance to help the Rappelz team to spot any possible problems with the game client and improve the final version of the upcoming expansion. In order to give participants a good chance to test all the aspects of the expansion all drop rates, XP and Rupee drops will be significantly increased. The Rappelz team will also introduce a new in-game NPC who will provide special boosts to the players.
The gates of the PTS server will remain open for a week, and will be closed on the 18th of February, 2014. In order to get access to the Public Test Server users will need to download the US client from this location: http://file.gpotato.eu/rappelz/installer/Launcher_PTS.zip
and follow the steps listed in the official forum thread:

The new expansion will increase the pet taming feature to a completely new level, as players will have a chance to tame in-game bosses and turn them into powerful allies.
Additionally there will be 25 new daily quests added to game. The previously known instances which were introduced with the previous Epic VIII will be reviewed and renewed.
