Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Guardian stone locations and powers for all stones

Tracking down all 13 Guardian Stones is one of the most exciting things about Skyrim Within your first minutes of playing Skyrim, you'll find three Guardian Stones. The Stones grant additional powers, such as more rapid restoration of your Magicka when you've drained it casting too many spells or a drastically increased carrying capacity. You can only have the benefits from one Guardian Stone active at a time.

The player first chooses a stone after exiting the tunnels beneath Helgen Keep. The stone sits in a circle of three at the foot of the hill. The image carved into the stone monument strongly resembles the Mage birthsign from The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion.

The Lover Stone - All skills improve 15% faster.
Once activated, this stone helps you to improve your skills faster - all skills improve 15% faster. The Lover Stone is found in the northeast of Markarth, approximately one fifth of the way to Solitude or on middle Markarth and Kartvasten.

The Atronach Stone gives the player a large magicka boost (50 extra points) and enables you to absorb spell damage (50% extra absorbing). However, it causes the rate of magicka regeneration to decrease (50% regeneration decrease).

The stone is located between Windhelm and Riften, in the marshland, just outside the mountain range between the two locations. Near the Eldergleam Sanctuary and Darkwater Crossing, the stone is by the river to the East.

The Steed Stone - Carry weight +100, no movement penalty from armor.
The Steed gives a bonus of 100 extra carrying capacity and no movement penalty is received by heavy armour. Also, any armor you have EQUIPPED does not count towards your carry capacity.
