GameKiss announces the successful end of the closed beta test for its Shooting MMORPG title Valkyrie Sky - scheduled for November 11 (PST).
Valkyrie Sky CBT, which was supposed to run for two weeks, was extended for another week due to immense popularity and high demand among gamers.
During the short period of the CBT, more than 20,000 gamers from North America, Europe and South East Asia newly registered and tested the game. GameKiss even had to add more servers in the beginning of the CBT - because of the gamers’ intense reaction.
Valkyrie Sky was ranked the 18th in the RPG games category at Download.com, which confirms the game being highly sought-after.
“We received over a thousand feedbacks from gamers, and it confirms their enthusiasm about Valkyrie Sky. We would like to thank the gamers once again,” said Roman, Senior Game Manager of the game.
“Users liked Valkyrie Sky’s unique shooting stage very much, and more than 60 per cent of gamers participated in the PvP system which only gamers with level 20 or above can join.
“Gamers also contributed with various interesting ideas about the life system that includes fishing, cooking and playing music. Until the official launch of the game, we will try our best to reflect their feedbacks on our game development.”
GameKiss, until the official launch of Valkyrie Sky, will continue to update gamers with the latest news and the producers’ patch notes about the systems and specs to be added.
Valkyrie Sky, new interpretation of a Norse mythology into a free online game, will be officially launched in this winter after more contents and systems that reflect users’ feedbacks have been added, according to GameKiss.
Registration, download and playing of Valkyrie Sky can be enjoyed free of charge.
