Sniper: Ghost Warrior - Contracts 2 very first look at gameplay

This new trailer showcases the next-generation of Sniper’s best-selling series, as Contracts 2 elevates Sniper Ghost Warrior to new heights - and distances! - with its 1000m+ extreme-range sniping feature. 

As contract sniper assassin Raven, players will utilise authentic gear and weaponry across large-scale sandbox maps as they track and eliminate targets using a variety of approaches. Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2 launches on June 4th, 2021 for PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, and PC.

Encodya follows a plucky lil’ orphan girl named Tina who lives in the rainy, dystopian streets of Neo-Berlin in the year 2062. Players will guide Tina and her best pal, a stalwart steel colossus named SAM-53, through a gorgeously rendered and meticulously detailed point-n’-click adventure in the vein of industry legends like Full Throttle, Monkey Island, and Day of the Tentacle. 

The characters and setting were inspired by Piovesan’s short film, bringing Tina and SAM-53 along for the ride, but features a totally new story and a more fleshed-out, interactive version of Neo-Berlin. Piovesan describes the complex process of turning a film into a video game and provides a level of insight into the craft rarely seen, from an individual with feet firmly planted in both worlds.

Former Xbox Series X|S console exclusive and a launch title expands to a new platform

Gaijin Entertainment announces that the military online shooter Enlisted has got a new massive “Invasion of Normandy” campaign. This WW2-themed game that allows players to control infantry squads, ground vehicles and combat aircraft has also expanded to the PlayStation 5. Enlisted is now available on PC, Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5 as a Closed Beta and a “founder pack” purchase is mandatory to play the game. Users that have previously bought the Battle of Moscow founder packs for Enlisted on PC or Xbox Series X|S will get access to the new campaign for free.

Players experience 24-hour shifts individually or in multiplayer sessions together with other players at Wache1 of the fire department in Mülheim an der Ruhr, Germany. They experience challenging and multi-faceted missions. In the game, the fire brigade are called to fight all kinds of fire (e.g. container, apartment or roof truss fires), but there are many other challenging tasks too, like traffic accidents, pumping operations, oil spills, tree sawing and other missions.

To get their job properly done, the players will be equipped with a wide range of vehicles, such as aerial ladder platform trucks or fire engines with all the equipment and tools needed. On site, players can either coordinate all emergency forces and equipment using the new tactical mode or, if required, take on the role of any team member at any time. A special feature is the dubbed radio traffic during operation and before, when the fire brigade are on their way.
