Black Desert SEA Explore Life Content and Obtain Special Rewards

Various in-game events involving Life Content have arrived in Black Desert SEA. Adventurers can now increase their Like Skills through these events and claim valuable rewards.

 New Life Content “Runaway Chickens” is now available at Bartali Farm. 10 chickens will try to escape from the farm when morning dawns. Adventurers must approach these chickens while they are sitting and wait until they have laid an egg. By interacting with the egg, there is a chance you will obtain a Golden Egg.

Annual New York Game Awards 2021 the winners... Hades wins a load...

Games and franchises from around the gaming ecosystem, both nostalgic and new, take home awards.

Hosted today by Reggie Fils-Aimé and Harold Goldberg, the New York Videogame Critics Circle celebrated the best in gaming at the 10th annual New York Game Awards held virtually for the first time. The organization bestowed its highest honor, the Big Apple Award for Best Game of the Year, to the action RPG, Hades from Supergiant Games. Winning over the critics, Hades took home multiple awards, including the Herman Melville Award for Best Writing in a Game, the Tin Pan Alley Award for Best Music in a Game and the Off Broadway Award for Best Indie Game. And, it’s not just music, writing and game play that stole the hearts of the video game critics, as the acting in the game was honored with the Great White Way Award for Best Acting in a Game for Logan Cunningham’s role as Lord Hades, Poseidon, Achilles, Charon, The Storyteller and Asterius in Hades. Star Trek Online Celebrates 11th Anniversary with New Season Launching Today on PC

Star Trek Online’s newest season, House Reborn, is available on PC and will release on PlayStation®4 and Xbox One at a later date. The beloved free-to-play MMORPG celebrates 11 years of expanding the emblematic Star Trek Universe for Captains around the globe with House Reborn, a brand new content update which kicks off Part 1 of the finale to the game’s epic Klingon War. 

The new season introduces two exciting featured episodes centered around Star Trek: Discovery’s L’Rell (voiced by Mary Chieffo, who originated the role) and Tenavik (voiced by guest star Sam Witwer). Captains will also discover a brand new Klingon Recruitment System, a Special Anniversary Event to earn the new Alliance Temer Rader and a complete revamp of the Klingon experience, including remastered environments, missions, stories and more. Plus for the first time ever, Star Trek Online will allow players of all factions to command any ship.

Aground 2D Survival RPG on consoles February 11

Aground is a resource-gathering and crafting game with a story, focused on the theme of progression. You start the game as a lone survivor from a shipwreck with almost nothing, and build your way up to a thriving settlement and eventually make your way to space and travel between planets.

The video highlights one of the core gameplay elements: the different forms that the Garou Cahal can shift into. Choose the Lupus form for exploration and infiltration. Choose the Homid form for stealth takedowns of guards and hacking into enemy defences. 100+ Levels of Slingshotting Fun Now Available for Angry Birds VR: Isle of Pigs; Cook-Out: A Sandwich Tale will Soon Sizzle onto Steam.

With a new year comes new updates for two of Resolution Games’ most popular titles. The VR studio today released a new level pack for Angry Birds VR: Isle of Pigs, marking the final Spooky Levels world for our feathered friends and taking the total number of levels for the game to 104. Meanwhile, the studio also announced that Cook-Out: A Sandwich Tale (recently named the Best Co-Op Multiplayer Game of 2020) will be coming to Steam, and players now can add the game to their Wish lists from the game’s Coming Soon page, found here.

World of Tanks update 1.11.1 - 2021 Italian heavy tanks, a modified Platoon system, and interface improvements

The beginning of a new year is the right time to start a new journey with fresh content and features deploying in World of Tanks. Update 1.11.1 brings a new sub-branch of Italian heavy tanks with an improved auto reloading mechanic to the game. The updated Platoon system will allow you to find gaming buddies easier (without being limited to friends and contacts), and a few interface improvements make the gameplay even more enjoyable.

The new Italian heavy branch begins with the Tier VII Carro d’assalto P.88 and consists of four vehicles with great gun depression angles, well-armoured turrets, and stylish exteriors. The top animal in the pack, the Tier X Rinoceronte (‘Rhinoceros’), reminds us that Italy is famous for its automotive design traditions. 

Wonder Boy: Asha in Monster World & Wonder Boy IV Japanese cartoon adventure game on Nintendo Switch

Asha is tasked to free the four spirits being confined by evil forces whose origin she discovers throughout her journey. Luckily, she does not have to face this adventure alone, as early on she finds her new companion, a special blue Pepelogoo.

 While the story remains true to the original game from 1994, the game is a full remake of Monster World IV, with cell-shaded 3D graphics and 2D gameplay that stays close to the beloved original gameplay as well as enhanced visuals and refined play content. Especially in the event scenes the performance is deepened and the world view is reproduced vividly and colorfully. Plus for the first time in the series, it comes with a character voice - by the popular and talented Japanese voice actress Ai Fairouz.
