Abertay University unveils £5.5m School of Design and Informatics

A new £5.5m video games and cybersecurity space at Abertay University has been hailed “an important investment in Scotland’s future".

Scottish Government Cabinet Secretary for Finance, Economy and Fair Work, Derek Mackay will today (Dec 16) be in Dundee to officially open the School of Design and Informatics at Abertay, Europe’s top-ranked University for video games education.

GRID Autosport Free Switch update brings local multiplayer and split-screen

The first feature update has launched for GRID Autosport on Nintendo Switch, introducing:

Local wireless multiplayer for up to eight players.

Two player split-screen.

If Auto-Update Software is turned on and a user's console is connected to the internet, the update will download automatically.

Kenny Omega hosts Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition World Finals 2019

Capcom, a leading worldwide developer and publisher of video games, announced that Professional wrestler and beloved FGC personality, Kenny Omega, will officially co-host the 2019 Capcom Cup in Los Angeles, California on December 13th – December 15th.
