War Thunder launches Naval Forces, Helicopters and Xbox One version with Masters of the Sea Update

Update 1.83 - Masters of the Sea for their vehicular combat MMO War Thunder. The comprehensive update opens the previously closed test of Naval Forces to all players, giving them command of over 80 vessels from the United States, Germany and Soviet Union. Furthermore, helicopters are now available to unlock, the game has become free-to-play on Xbox One and the update includes many other improvements, new features and vehicles for players to try.

The anticipated public release of the Naval Forces for all players on PC and consoles is the biggest feature of “Masters of the Sea”, making 85 historically accurate ships from the United States, Germany and the Soviet Union now available to all players.

YoYo Games has just released an all new GameMaker Studio 2 (GMS2) tutorial, guiding budding video game creators through the process of creating their very own fully functional version of the definitive asteroid space blaster. Aspiring game designers can make Space Rocks (asteroids) in the GMS2 IDE free trial without coding, by using their drag and drop technology, or by coding with GameMaker Language, to get the inside scoop on those all important first steps of video game creation.

Designed and presented by Friendly Cosmonaut, the Space Rocks video tutorials start out with an introduction to GMS2 before outlining how to program movement, attacking & collisions, scoring, lives, sound and effects before adding that final polish. These tutorials also detail how to make the game in Drag and Drop as well as using GML code.

Construction Simulator 3 announced for iOS Android - Closed Beta link

Construction Simulator 3 announce the upcoming successor to popular simulation games Construction Simulator 2014 and Construction Simulator 2. Construction Simulator 3 for iPhone and iPad as well as smartphones and tablets using the Android operating system is planned to be released during the first half of 2019. Players who would like to test the game before the official launch are cordially invited to apply for the closed beta test, which will start shortly!

With Construction Simulator 3 players can look forward not only to a number of new features but also to a brand new European setting. Starting out as the owner of a small construction company, players will have the opportunity to get to work in more than 70 challenging missions.

The Colonists launches onto Steam and GoG

Settlement building game The Colonists is launching today on Steam and GoG. Take control of a team of self-replicating robots who have escaped from Earth and are searching the galaxy for a new planet to call home, all in search of fulfilling their dream to become human.

“After more than two years in development, I’m really looking forward to seeing players create their own bustling anthorobotic towns and I hope that they enjoy watching their little robots chop trees, farm sheep and smelt iron as much as we enjoyed making it” says developer Richard Wallis.

The Sigma Theory - global cold war simulation - PC

During this phase, the team will collaborate with the community to polish the title for its release in Early 2019 on PC.
