September 26th marks the date of the outbreak in The Last of Us, when the world was utterly destroyed by the horror of the mushroom zombies. While it was a terrible and devastating event in the game, in the real world, it’s cause for celebration! Since 2013, Naughty Dog has celebrated Outbreak Day with all kinds of deals and promotional content. Naughty Dog has revealed some of the goodies in store for the fans on September 26, 2018.

On the Outbreak Day website, there are eight blocks of content, four of which are still a secret. The other four, however, shown are plain as day and will be up for grabs on September 26, 2018.

The interactive visual novel 428: Shibuya Scramble was originally released in Japan only for Nintendo Wii in 2008 and is a critically acclaimed adventure driven by live-action sequences.

428: Shibuya Scramble abducts players in Tokyo's Shibuya district, letting them experience events from the perspective of multiple people, all of them parallel and indirectly interdependent. The fates of the characters are connected in a mysterious plot, which can only be solved by hints in the game text and in the live-action video sequences. The decisions of the players in the various scenes lead to one of many different resolutions of the story.

The next entry in the popular Carnival Games franchise that has sold-in over 9.5 million units worldwide, previously announced for the Nintendo Switch, is also coming to Xbox One and PlayStation 4.

Carnival Games will be available at digital retail locations on Nintendo Switch, Xbox One and PlayStation 4 for £34.99 on November 6th 2018, and will also be available at physical retail locations on Nintendo Switch on Nov. 6, and on Xbox One and PlayStation 4 on Nov. 20.
