Free Chinese Folk Musical Odyssey as Nishan Shaman game launches - iOS

Debut folk music adventure game Nishan Shaman now available for free on the App Store.

Backed by NEXT Studio and Tencent Games to support innovative titles and minority cultures, the game is completely free of ads and in-game purchases with the purpose of trying to promote Chinese culture in a fun and interesting way. Featuring the traditional paper cutting art style and dramatic shamanistic music, Nishan Shaman is based on an ancient Manchu folk tale combining rhythmic game mechanics with musical storytelling.

Join the First Big Event in ARPG Tales of Thorn

Adrenaline fueled roleplaying title, Tales of Thorn: Global, with the introduction of the first in-game Big Event. Players can join the Big Event until Sunday (July 22th UTC) for a chance to obtain unique items, score points and climb global leaderboards. The Big Event has already proven to be a success and is planned to appear in the game regularly.

Since the launch in the Western markets, Tales of Thorn has already received over 150,000 downloads and has secured a place on the “New Recommendations” list on the App Store in Europe. A localised version of the game for Russian market will be released tomorrow (July 20th), while the German version is in development and planned to launch later this summer.

The Mooseman game released - Switch PS4 XO PC

The Mooseman is set in the mysterious lands of Perm chud’ tribes. Players plays as a mythological character from perm animal style objects, which the developers were greatly inspired by.

The music of The Mooseman is also based on the folk music of Komi people. Some of the folk songs were performed and recorded for the game by the Perm regional college of arts and culture. Additionally, the game was translated to the komi-permian language and some parts were voiced by a native speaker.
