PlayStation 3 firmware 4.45 fix coming on June 27th
Sony will issue an updated version of firmware 4.45 on June 27 to solve issues that bricked some PlayStation 3 consoles. Sony say the firmware update 4.45 only broke a small number of PS3s.
If your console was bricked you'll have to manually update the fix just follow the steps Sony will post as soon as it's available on June 27th. You'll need a PC to download and a USB flash drive to transfer the update to your PlayStation 3.

Despicable Me: The Game is slated to ship worldwide to coincide with the international release of the movie.
