Extreme Skate Adventure PlayStation 2 cheats

Extreme Skate Adventure PlayStation 2 cheatsDisney's Extreme Skate Adventure is a videogame developed by Toys for Bob and published by Activision Publishing. The game was created for the PlayStation 2 console from Sony, the original Xbox and the GameCube. It was released in September 2003.

The title is classed as a sports simulation focusing on skateboarding and it's unique because it uses a whole lot of characters taken directly from the Disney animated world. The game is played in 3D using a third person perspective. The engine is that of the Tony Hawk Pro Skater 4 game.
Disney's Extreme Skate Adventure is not in any way a title in the vein of the skate franchise from Electronic Arts or of the Tony Hawk games launched by Activision. Disney wished to make a game that would appeal to the children demographics by combining two elements set to attract them: the Disney universe and skateboarding. You can play as the characters from Toy Story, Lion King and Tarzan, and there are lots of different levels included in each of the worlds. There's also an option for players to create their own universes from scratch.
Each of the characters in the game has a unique look but also a board, moves and collectibles. There are two main game modes: a story-driven one, and the combination of Practice Mode and Freeskate that allows all players to try and pull off the most ridiculous tricks.

Double USB hard drive for Nintendo Wii?

nintendo wii console price increaseRumours are afoot that Nintendo is working on a "double USB hard drive" storage solution for the Wii.

The game storage device is said to mount on the back of the Wii and look like a “natural extension” of the console. Allegedly, a firmware update will be required to use it and once it’s on Wii Shop Chanel, content can be put on it. The rumour also suggests sizes of 32GB and 64GB will be available.

We’re not entirely sure what "double USB hard drive" means, but we’d hate to lose both USB spots on the Wii, not to mention that hard drives add an expense to the Wii, which some might think is already expensive enough.

Arma II video game updateThe final faction from the upcoming military simulator game ARMA II is introduced today. The sixth piece of Intel takes an in-depth look at the National Party guerrillas and has been declassified for immediate analysis at http://www.arma2.com

“We have to show common citizens that our actions are focused on rooting out the evil, not on punishing anyone based on their nationality. Disarm the ordinary armed men, but eliminate all commissars, commanders and functionaries ruthlessly“

The final faction of the series; The NAPA faction consists of nationalist guerrillas - an underground movement lacking sophisticated and modern weapons. However their knowledge of the country, military expertise from past civil wars and an established underground network make them serious opponents to both separatists from the Red Star movement as well as Government Forces.

Resident Evil 5 - London Treasure Hunt goes horribly wrong...

Resident Evil 5 - London Treasure Hunt
"Realistic" replica body parts go missing

It seems publicity stunt organisers who hid a number of gory replica body parts around Central London this morning as part of a Resident Evil 5-themed treasure hunt, have lost their heads. Literally.

From the three heads, three torsos and 12 arms and legs hidden at various locations around Trafalgar Square, only two heads, one torso and six legs were returned by players - yet the fake body parts disappeared from all the locations they were hidden.

The organisers are now apparently concerned that these may be mistaken for real body parts and spark alarm.

A spokesman for the company behind the treasure hunt said: "The body parts are very realistic and we don't want people to be alarmed by them.

"They've all been taken from their original positions, but we now have no idea where they are. If you have them, please either return them, or dispose of them in a responsible and careful manner.

The spokesman added: "In addition, chicken livers were used for added gore, and, uncooked, they can be dangerous". You know, just in case you were thinking about making them into a tasty snack.

The competition was launched to mark the release of the highly-anticipated game on Friday, but didn't go without a hitch.

Apparently seeing people walking around at rush hour clutching decapitated heads and covered in blood was enough to offend some people, and the police were called to the competition finish line on Westminster Bridge, prompting an early finish to the competition.

Still, Steve Long, a 26-year-old IT consultant from London was named the winner for collecting the most body parts, and received a holiday for two to Africa, where Resident Evil 5 is set.
