In the 1999 original SNK and CAPCOM brought their best fighters together for a fighting game extravaganza. SNK vs CAPCOM: THE MATCH OF THE MILLENNIUM features 26 fearsome fighters from series like KOF, SAMURAI SHODOWN, STREET FIGHTER, and DARKSTALKERS. Players can choose between Single, Tag and Team-based fighting modes as well as three different battle styles. I between bouts players can enjoy Survival, Time Attack and Mini Games to collect points and unlock hidden characters. SNK VS CAPCOM: THE MATCH OF THE MILLENNIUM also takes advantage of the Nintendo Switch's Tabletop and Handheld modes so friends can duke it out whenever and wherever they want.

Capcom Cup Cancelled Due to Rising Cases of COVID-19 to be replaced with online Season final

The Capcom Cup and Street Fighter League World Championship scheduled for February has been cancelled due to rising cases of COVID-19 worldwide say Capcom.

The company said that while it originally believed that it would have been able to run the event with limited risk, the steep rise in cases in some regions made it reevaluate its decision. There will be an online-only Season Final in lieu, which will focus on highlighting the best players from this season.

Capcom announces UK Fight Clubs promoting the release of video game 'Marvel vs Capcom 3'

Capcom have announced that they'll be holding 'Fight Club' events across the UK to promote the up-coming release of their latest fighting game 'Marvel vs Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds'.

The events will allow players to get their hands on a near-final build of the game on 10 pods (for controller play on XBox 360) and 2 arcade cabinets (for stick play).
