OFCOM & CMA to give House of Lords evidence on Internet regulation on October 9th

The House of Lords Communications Committee will take evidence from representatives of Ofcom, the UK’s communications regulator, and the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) on Tuesday 9 October as part of its inquiry into internet regulation.

The inquiry is exploring how the regulation of the internet could be improved, including through better self-regulation and governance. In these sessions the Committee will hear from two bodies which have a key role in regulating the internet and digital economy.

The Spectrum Retreat puts players in the role of a guest at the peculiar, pristine hotel, The Penrose, where nothing is as it seems. You’ve been here as long as you can remember, with no idea why, and it’s up to you to solve the mystery of this uncanny resort. To do this, you’ll have to solve a series of increasingly complex colour-coded puzzles in an effort to uncover the true purpose of The Penrose.

The London Games Festival will return in 2019 with an extended run and bigger events from 2 April to 14 April across the city.

London Games Festival, backed by the Mayor of London with funding of £1.2m over three years, seeks to make London the games capital of the world. It is delivered by Games London, an initiative from Film London, the capital's screen industries agency, and video games trade body Ukie (The Association for UK Interactive Entertainment).
