Runescape close to closing gold farms with bonds release

Jagex has announced that the recent introduction of Bonds into RuneScape has resulted in the near total eradication of the prohibited practice in the game. Since Bonds launched on 26th September, the amount of wealth injected by illegal gold farmers into the free-to-play MMORPG has plummeted by 81 percent.

After its annexation to Germany following the Battle of France in 1940, it became a stronghold for the Third Reich and a major target for the Allied forces. Patton attacked the city fortifications and, after four months of fighting, broke through and freed Metz from occupation in late 1944.
