Microsoft Kinect UK tour dates and venues - book your time today!

Microsoft will showcast their new Kinect motion control system around the UK this summer where users can 'try before they buy' the controller less system.

The Tour Dates and locations confirmed so far are…

PlayStation Move prices announced - Starter kit featuring motion controller and camera to cost around £50

October 19th will see the launch of PlayStation Move motion controller and camera the price has been announced for the starter kit. It's down to retailers what they charge, but the PlayStation Eye camera is expected to cost £25 with the sub-controller at the same price, the main motion controller is expected to cost £35 - considerably lower than Microsoft Kinect.

Rahul Sood,of HP’s gaming business, has posted his disappointment at the cancellation of a project that would have allowed Xbox 360 and PC gamers to scrap against each other online. The reason for the project’s cancellation was that Xbox 360 gamers are rubbish in comparison to their desktop players.

The news was revealed today to a capacity-crowd at Microsoft's Xbox 360 E3 press conference in Los Angeles. The agreement which began in 2009 now extends for all add ons and map packs from the mega-blockbuster Call of Duty franchise through 2012, including Call of Duty: Black Ops, the follow up to the largest entertainment launch in history and one of the most-anticipated titles of the year set for release Nov. 9th.

Bungie confirm Halo: Reach beta had more than 2.7 gamers playing...


"Certainly there will never be a console beta of this magnitude," said director Brian Jarrard told the Seattle Times just before the the open multi-player beta test started its 18-day run. "Players completed more than 13 million online games and logged over 16 million hours of online gameplay, amounting to over 1,826 years of total play time in just over a two-week period," Bungie said.
