Mortal Kombat 11 new story trailer and Cassie intro - PC PS4 XO

Warner Bros release a new Mortal Kombat 11 Story Trailer, introducing an original, time-bending narrative that continues the franchise’s epic saga. In Mortal Kombat 11, Raiden’s defeat of the evil Elder God, Shinnok, has drawn the ire of Kronika and upset her desired balance between good and evil. To restore stability in the realms, Kronika has only one option – rewind time to its beginning and restart history.


Through the immersive story mode, different eras of the rich Mortal Kombat history collide as players take on the role of a variety of past and present characters who must join forces to defeat Shao Khan’s Outworld armies and solve the temporal crisis at stake.

Mortal Kombat 11 - Kabal Playable Character - PC PS4 XO Switch

New Mortal Kombat 11 gameplay trailer featuring Kabal, a former Black Dragon enforcer turned Revenant. Known for his lightning fast speed, deadly Hook Swords and reliance on an artificial respirator for survival, Kabal was resurrected as a twisted, evil version of himself, who now serves the Netherrealm and pledges to destroy all other realms.


Mortal Kombat 11 is the latest instalment in the critically-acclaimed franchise, developed by award-winning NetherRealm Studios, and will be available beginning 23rd April 2019 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 4 Pro, the Xbox One family of devices including the Xbox One X, Nintendo Switch and PC.

Mortal Kombat 25th Anniversary Kicks Off with In-Game Events

Warner Bros and NetherRealm Studios are celebrating the 25th anniversary of the world-renowned Mortal Kombat franchise this October with a variety of events and in-game activities.

Sunday, 8th Oct, 1:30-2:30 pm, Javits Center, Room 1A24
Show attendees are invited to join a panel that includes the original team that developed the first Mortal Kombat game: Ed Boon, John Tobias, Dan Forden and John Vogel. Moderated by Geoff Keighley, they will discuss the early days of the franchise, the evolution of the brand, and the series’ lasting impact on the games industry and pop culture.

New Kombatants Mortal Kombat X Kombat Pack 2 Leatherface & Xenomorph


Warner Bros confirm the four new playable characters coming to Mortal Kombat X in Kombat Pack 2 as downloadable content (DLC) in the first quarter of 2016. The new guest characters include Leatherface from The Texas Chainsaw Massacre horror film series and the Xenomorph from the classic sci-fi horror film franchise Alien.


Additional characters include classic Mortal Kombat characters Bo Rai Cho, master of the drunken fist, and series favourites Cyrax, Sektor and Robot Smoke in the form of new Kombatant, Tri-Borg.

Official Mortal Kombat X tournament prize pools over $100,000 in prizes


Following the success of Mortal Kombat X’s “Blue Steel” Sub-Zero skin DLC, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment is supporting the competitive pro fighting game scene in a big way with tournament sponsorships and prize pool contributions.


With a month remaining before the July 11 ESL Mortal Kombat X Worldwide Competitive Program finals, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment is doubling its commitment to the prize pool and raising it to $100,000 USD.

The Mortal Kombat X Jason Voorhees Bundle will be available for early download to Kombat Pack owners starting tomorrow. The Jason Voorhees Bundle includes playable character and Friday the 13th icon, Jason Voorhees and the Horror Pack, comprising of three horror-themed skins including Vampiress Mileena, Kraken Reptile and Pharaoh Ermac.

Ultimate Hunter, Predator joins Mortal Kombat X Kombat Pack - PC PSN XBL


As a follow up to announcing the Mortal Kombat X Kombat Pack playable character, Jason Voorhees, today, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment confirmed the additional playable characters that will be included in the Kombat Pack: the ultimate hunter Predator from the films of the same name as well as Klassic Mortal Kombat Kombatants Tremor and Tanya.

Mortal Kombat X Kombat Pack and New Kombatants

Mortal Kombat X Kombat Pack, the ultimate pass providing fans with Mortal Kombat X downloadable content (DLC), some of which will be available beginning at launch.


The Kombat Pack will include access to four playable characters still in development, including horror icon from the Friday the 13th films, Jason Voorhees, as well as two Klassic Mortal Kombat Kombatants and another special guest character. In the UK the Kombat Pack is included in the Mortal Kombat X Premium Edition, and will be available for purchase separately for £24.99.

Mortal Kombat X - Raiden Character Variation Gameplay


A new Mortal Kombat X gameplay video showing off series veteran, Raiden, as he pummels sun god, Kotal Kahn in a battle of epic proportions.

Narrated by Mortal Kombat co-creator and NetherRealm Studios’ creative director Ed Boon, the new gameplay video guides players through Raiden’s character variations and play styles, each with their own offensive and defensive advantages. The video highlights three of the protector of Earthrealm’s fighting styles: “Thunder God, Displacer” and “Storm Lord.”

Mortal Kombat Kenshi HD gameplay video game trailer - PS3 X360

A new video from Warner Bros, giving players a sneak peek at some of the telekinectic moves the second Mortal Kombat DLC warrior, Kenshi, will wield. The downloadable blind warrior will be available on Tuesday 5th July for Xbox LIVE and Wednesday 6th July on PSN and will join the first downloadable warrior, Skarlet who is currently available for download.
